I believe everyone has been in this situation.<\/p>\n<p>Or when you and your group of friends were making a plan to meet up in the group chat and when the day has come, at least on of them wasn\u2019t paying attention, and instead they were in the other side of the world with their phone.<\/p>\n<p>As the one who put their attention to talk to each other, seeing a sight of your friends being like that, it just doesn\u2019t feel right, right?<\/p>\n<p>We might haven\u2019t realized it or you may have a thoughts about the words of \u201cphubbing\u201d is the end of civilationz\u201d is too extra. But unfortunately, it is a fact.<\/p>\n<p>So, as the nation\u2019s next generation, we are supposed to make a change for the environment and especially for yourself.<\/p>\n<p>b u t h o w ?<\/p>\n<p>We understand that the needs of smartphone are really high. We seems to be forced to be active on so many social platform for the sake of recognition our existence.<br \/>\nIf so, then we have to be a smart person who can take the advantage of this phenomena!<\/p>\n<p>A company surely wants to build a good brand image as their persona. Apart from a public relation who has a job to \u2018defining\u2019 the company, a community manager is the actual face of a company. The main job of community manager is to manage the social communication of the company within public through social media, events, content creation and among other things.<\/p>\n<p>As a community manager, the responsibilities that you will carry may.<\/p>\n<p>In the end, the skills that needing are social media experience. Someone who has an ability to run the whole platform. I highly doubt, without being taught, we are an expert in this thing, aren\u2019t we? But also, you need to have a good personalities too! Honesty, loyalty and anything which related to the stereotype of a good employee.<\/p>\n<p>So if you feel that you\u2019re the one we are talking about, or if you know that you\u2019re sharp, modern, high-tech, creative, fast-forward-thinking, and willing to give it a try, prepare yourself!
