Apa itu <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">design thinking<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">? <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The design thinking framework is based on the philosophy that a hands-on, user-centric approach to problem solving promotes innovation; in turn, innovation can lead to differentiation and a competitive advantage<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Jadi bisa dikatakan bahwa <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">design thinking <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">adalah sebuah <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">framework<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> dimana UX tim menjadikan pengguna sebagai pusatnya.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Terdapat 6 fase dalam proses <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">design thinking<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, yaitu:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Empathize<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Define<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ideate<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Prototype<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Test<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Implement<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><b><i>Empathize<\/i><\/b> <b><i>and<\/i><\/b> <b><i>Define<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Dua tahap pertama dalam proses <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">design thinking<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> adalah <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">empathize<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> dan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">define<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Proses dimana UX tim mencari tahu apa masalah yang sedang pengguna hadapi dengan melakukan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">research <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">langsung kepada pengguna.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Empathize<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">: Melakukan penelitian untuk mengembangkan pengetahuan tentang apa yang <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">dilakukan, dikatakan, dipikirkan, dan dirasakan oleh pengguna.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Define <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">: Menggabungkan semua yang telah diteliti dan melakukan sebuah pengamatan tentang\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">apa yang dibutuhkan pengguna.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pada <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">empathize<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, biasanya UX tim melakukan research dan langsung terjun ke pengguna. Ada beberapa metode dalam <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">empathize<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> yaitu:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Quantitative and qualitative research<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Empathy mapping<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">User need statement<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Customer-journey maps<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Experience maps<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Service blueprints<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><b><i>Ideate<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Setelah melewati dua proses sebelumnya, maka UX tim akan mengidentifikasi beberapa kebutuhan pengguna yang belum terpenuhi.
