Perkenalkan <strong>Ci Cong Fan<\/strong>, atau dalam bahasa Mandarinnya <strong>Ch\u00e1ngf\u011bn (\u80a0\u7c89)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ci Cong Fan \/ Ch\u00e1ngf\u011bn (\u80a0\u7c89)<\/strong> adalah camilan khas Medan yang terbuat dari campuran tepung beras dan <em>tang mien<\/em> (tepung dari pati gandum). Bentuknya berupa lembaran tipis seperti kwetiau, tetapi lebih tipis, lebih lembut, dan lebih lebar. Hidangan ini biasanya diisi sayuran segar, udang, daging sapi, atau daging babi; lalu dipotong-potong dan disajikan dengan siraman kecap asin, saus asam manis pedas, serta taburan bawang goreng.<\/p>\n<p>Makanan lezat ini berasal dari Provinsi Guangdong (Tiongkok Selatan) dan Hong Kong. Dalam dialek Kanton, hidangan ini disebut <em>jyu cheung fan<\/em>, di mana <em>jyu<\/em> berarti \u201cbabi\u201d, <em>cheung<\/em> berarti \u201cusus\u201d, dan <em>fan<\/em> berarti \u201cmi\u201d.
