This program was designed to strengthen participants\u2019 understanding of leadership, highlighting the importance of collaboration, responsibility, and effective communication within a virtual organizational environment. Participants were also reintroduced to the role of DSC as a platform for growth, learning, and meaningful contribution.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"651\" data-end=\"1053\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Through interactive virtual sessions and guided activities, participants enhanced their teamwork, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills while experiencing leadership in practice.
