LDKA Batch 2: Strengthening Leadership Foundations – Building Collaboration and Growth

On 10 April 2026, the Data Science Club (DSC) successfully conducted LDKA Batch 2 in an online format as part of its ongoing commitment to developing capable and value-driven leaders. This program was designed to strengthen participants’ understanding of leadership, highlighting the importance of collaboration, responsibility, and effective communication within a virtual organizational environment. Participants were also reintroduced to the role of DSC as a platform for growth, learning, and meaningful contribution.

Through interactive virtual sessions and guided activities, participants enhanced their teamwork, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills while experiencing leadership in practice. Despite being held online, the program remained engaging and impactful, providing a space for reflection and development while encouraging members to take active roles and contribute confidently within the organization.
