🌟 Leadership Development & Character Building Camp Program (LDKCP) Generation 3 🌟

The Data Science Club (DSC) successfully conducted its Leadership Development & Character Building Camp Program (LDKCP) Generation 3 on June 12–13, 2025, held at Villa Cindy, Cisarua Puncak.

This program is a cornerstone of DSC’s commitment to cultivating not only technical excellence in data science but also the essential qualities of leadership, teamwork, and resilience. Over the course of two days, participants were immersed in a series of structured activities aimed at strengthening collaboration, problem-solving, and effective communication skills that are vital for both organizational and personal growth.

The camp was carefully designed to provide an environment where members could learn through experience. From engaging workshops and leadership training sessions to outdoor challenges and group reflections, every activity was aligned with the mission of instilling integrity, responsibility, and empathy in the next generation of DSC leaders.

LDKCP Gen 3 goes beyond being a traditional camp; it represents a transformative journey that equips members to face challenges with confidence, foster unity within the organization, and embody the values that define the Data Science Club. With this program, DSC continues to build a strong foundation for a collaborative, innovative, and forward-looking community.
