On 15–16 May 2026, the Data Science Club (DSC) conducted LDKCP 2026 in Bogor, carrying the theme “Rise to Lead, Build to Last.” Designed specifically for prospective board members, this leadership development program aimed to prepare participants for future organizational responsibilities by strengthening their leadership mindset, decision-making abilities, and sense of accountability. The program provided an immersive environment where participants could learn, collaborate, and grow together as future leaders of DSC.

Through a series of team-based challenges, leadership exercises, and reflective discussions, participants developed essential skills in communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and strategic thinking. LDKCP 2026 encouraged members to step outside their comfort zones, build trust with their peers, and gain valuable experience in leading and working within a team. The program served as an important milestone in preparing future board members to lead with confidence and contribute to the long-term growth and sustainability of the organization.
