LDKA: Igniting Leadership Foundations – Building Character, Vision, and Commitment

On 19th December 2025, the LDKA: Igniting Leadership Foundations  was conducted as a foundational initiative aimed at developing collaborative, responsible, and value-driven leaders within the organization. Designed for new members and emerging activists, this program introduced essential leadership principles, organizational insight, and the importance of mutual trust and shared responsibility in achieving common goals. As part of the program, participants were also introduced to the Data Science Club (DSC), gaining insight into its vision, activities, and role as a space for learning, collaboration, and innovation.

Through engaging activities and guided learning sessions, participants were encouraged to strengthen their communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities while experiencing leadership in action. LDKA served as a meaningful starting point for personal and organizational growth, preparing participants to contribute actively, adapt to challenges, and lead with confidence and purpose.
