Below, you\u2019ll learn what distortion is, why it\u2019s good or bad, and how to fix it if needed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">What is lens distortion?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Lens distortion is any deformation that occurs in the images produced by our camera lens. It\u2019s when straight lines appear bent or curvy in photographs. Lens distortion isn\u2019t necessarily bad, sometimes it is intended to create a certain look or feel on images.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The two most common types of lens distortion are barrel distortion and pincushion distortion.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-602\" src=\"http:\/\/student-activity.binus.ac.id\/cia\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/91\/2021\/09\/CIA-Tips-1_3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1117\" height=\"1117\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>If it bothers you, here\u2019s a little tips and trick to fix that distortion!<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Most photo editing apps and softwares are able to fix lens distortion.
