However, in the workplace, especially when dealing with superiors, this method of communication is often considered unprofessional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A communication style that is too casual, such as excessive use of slang, abbreviations, or emojis, can give the impression of being less serious or impolite. In fact, maintaining communication ethics with superiors is very important for building harmonious relationships in the workplace. A good relationship with your boss not only improves the work atmosphere but also affect your productivity and future success. To help you stay professional without losing your unique communication style, here are some practical tips you can apply:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1. Adjust Tone of Speech<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A tone that is too casual or joking may be misinterpreted by your boss, especially in formal situations. So, use a polite and serious tone when necessary, without sounding stiff.
