During this season, the weather is unpredictable and can lead to some troubles which dry season doesn\u2019t have. For example, when you are in the middle of the road and suddenly the rain falls. Not only you are getting wet, but also there is a chance that you might catch flu or other illness. That\u2019s one of the major cause of why people hate this season, the fitness problem. Protect yourself from dirty water<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Clogged gutters and dirty puddles are a common sight during rainy season. Unfortunately, they are sources of water-borne diseases like diarrhea, influenza, cholera and fungal skin infections.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The best way is to avoid those puddles spot, find alternative way to reach your destination. If that\u2019s not a possibility, then pass through that way very carefully and with eyes to that spot, the most important thing is not to step on it.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\">2. Don\u2019t go on empty stomach<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">One of the biggest reason of why we catch some disease is because our immunity weakens and that happens when we have not filling enough food to our body.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Thus, the solution is to eat frequently and in a timely manner.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\">3. Drink some warm beverages<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Try to drink some warm drinks. Since it tastes great in cold climate, it gives you warm and fuzzy feeling in your body. Also, it gives your body much needed heat to stay healthy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;padding-left: 30px\">4. Keep mosquitoes out<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The mosquito population grows during monsoon because stagnant water \u2014 their choice breeding ground \u2014 becomes more common.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">To keep mosquitoes out of your life, do some housecleaning. Look through flower pots, fountains, ditches, nooks and crannies that may be holding stagnant water.
