In BINUS English Club (BNEC), leadership represents a continuous journey of self-growth, dedication, and impact. One of the most significant steps in this journey is Senior Cadre Forming, BNEC\u2019s very own Leadership Development Program (<\/span>Latihan Dasar Kepemimpinan untuk Calon Pengurus<\/span><\/i>) that is specifically designed to equip activists who are ready to go beyond their Board of Management roles and prepare to become the next generation of Steering and Managing Committees.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In 2025, the 32nd Senior Cadre Forming was successfully conducted on Monday, June 16, 2025, at BINUS @Kemanggisan Syahdan Campus, from 09:00 to 18:00 WIB.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The event began with an Opening Session led by the Masters of Ceremonies, followed by speeches from Valencia Gabrielle Tjuatja as the Project Officer, Alexander Rafael as the General President, and Pak Ardian Arda as BNEC\u2019s Student Organization Advisor (SOA). Their messages emphasized the importance of the participants\u2019 roles in continuing BNEC\u2019s vision and preparing themselves to take on greater responsibility.<\/span><\/p>\n

The agenda then continued with five material presentations: <\/span>Roles Introduction<\/span><\/i> by Gianina Clairene Christophilus,<\/span> Strategic Management<\/span><\/i> by Sultan Muhammad Syakir, <\/span>Branding<\/span><\/i> by Kent Amadeo Timotheus, <\/span>Regeneration<\/span><\/i> by Calista Lianardi, and <\/span>Good Organizational Governance<\/span><\/i> by Cecilia Astri Piona Simbolon. All participants remained highly engaged throughout each session, showing great enthusiasm and understanding of the materials provided. This was further reflected during the Focus Group Discussion, where they applied their insights to solve case studies about real organizational issues in just 15 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n

To close the day, all participants filled out their position and division preferences for the upcoming presidency, followed by a documentation session to capture the moment.<\/span><\/p>\n

Overall, the 32nd Senior Cadre Forming successfully served its purpose in preparing BNEC activists to become future Steering and Managing Committees. Through this program, participants not only gained essential leadership knowledge but also deepened their sense of commitment and readiness to uphold BNEC\u2019s vision in the next presidency.<\/span><\/p>\n
