Researchers have found that you could offset a shorter lifespan by doing a healthy lifestyle. A lifestyle is made from a small little action done repeatedly every day, one by one until it becomes a habit that you do subconsciously.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A healthy lifestyle means having habits with personal goals and growth in mind. A motivation to improve and a decision to become a better person. Here are some healthy habits that we could start from:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1. Exercise daily<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Exercise can improve your metabolism function, enhance energy, boost the immune system, enhance mood, better sleep, and weight control. Exercise could also prevent diabetes, stroke, High blood pressure, stress, anxiety, and insomnia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A Good night sleep<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Insufficient sleep could lead to weight gain,Increased insulin levels, tiredness, lack of energy, and increased risk of premature death.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">3. Drink Water<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Drinking enough water prevents dehydration and helps the body with digestion, supports bowel digestion, improves mental concentration, and reduces fatigue.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">4. Learning something new<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Broadening your horizons can help you escape from a boring and stressful life. Consider taking up a new hobby such as cooking, gardening, pottery, creating a photo album or scrapbook.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">5. Traveling<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Research shows that people who travel frequently are happier than people who never travel. Traveling reduces stress and anxiety, and it improves confidence, creativity, communication skills, and cultural experiences.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">With several examples of these healthy habits, we can Implement them to have a better and healthy body that can improve our health and prevent sickness while also improving ourselves by accepting new challenges and trying some new hobby.
