This workshop took place on the 5th of October, in Anggrek Campus, Kemanggisan. This year, BNEC introduced a workshop titled \u201cTOEFL ITP: Striving in Your Career with English Skills.\u201d This workshop targets to introduce undergraduates about what is TOEFL ITP and how to do the test. It took place on October 5 at room 301 Anggrek Campus, Kemanggisan.<\/span><\/p>\n

The topic for The 2024 BNEC Workshop was \u201cTOEFL ITP: Striving in Your Career with English Skills\u201d. This year\u2019s topic was expected to give insights for participants about what TOEFL ITP is and guide them with the tips, tricks, and technicalities, which meant to prepare all of the participants to face the real TOEFL ITP test.<\/span><\/p>\n

The workshop was held on October 5 and featured a presentation from our speaker, Kak Margareth Xyzquodamer, an English Test Preparation Teacher at SUN Education Meruya. She explained what TOEFL ITP is alongside with the tips, tricks, and technicalities of TOEFL ITP. After the presentation, there was a Q&A session held. Here, the participants asked Kak Margareth some questions regarding the TOEFL ITP tips, tricks, and technicalities to have a better understanding about the presentation given. This provided participants with the opportunity to learn more from Kak Margareth for the preparation of the TOEFL ITP real test. After the Q&A session, the participants had a TOEFL ITP simulation test, which is divided into three sections; first, the Listening Comprehension section which has 35 minutes time range; second, Written Structure and Expression section which has 25 minutes time range; third and last, Reading Comprehension which has 55 minutes time range. This simulation gave an image and experience of what the real TOEFL ITP test would be like.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The workshop was open to all BINUSIAN such as BNEC Entities or Non-BNEC Entities, it mainly focused on those who wanted to know more about TOEFL ITP test and its tips and tricks, giving back to its title, \u201cTOEFL ITP: Striving in Your Career with English Skills.\u201d The workshop provided a lot of tips, tricks and technicalities to excel on the TOEFL ITP test. With the guidance and knowledge provided through BNEC\u2019s 2024 workshop, it is hoped that the participants will feel well-prepared and confident in taking the TOEFL ITP test in the future. Besides the TOEFL ITP test, this workshop also expects participants to increase their English skills and be able to use it in daily lives. Ultimately, BNEC aspires for all participants to have fluent English skills and understands more about the grammar in English and apply it in their daily lives.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
