BNEC Senior Cadre Forming is a mandatory event to prepare all BNEC activists to become Steering Committees and Managing Committees for the upcoming presidency. This year\u2019s Senior Cadre Forming was successfully conducted online via Zoom meeting on July 30, 2024, starting at 08:00\u201315:00. This event was prepared to provide a better understanding of BNEC and to serve as a platform where all BNEC activists can learn and discuss with each other.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\n

BNEC 31<\/span>st<\/span> Presidency Senior Cadre Forming managed to gather 87 BNEC activists from all BNEC regions, which are Kemanggisan, Alam Sutera, Bekasi, Senayan, and Bandung. Throughout the event, all participants participated actively and showcased great critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The event started with the opening by the master of ceremonies, followed by opening speeches delivered by Sashi Karina, the General President of BNEC, and Hilda as the Vice Project Officer of this year\u2019s BNEC Senior Cadre Forming. Then, the session was continued with 4 material explanations such as follows: Roles Introduction by Sashi Karina, Strategic Management by Jessen Diva Pramuja, Branding by Russel Setiawan, and Regeneration by Muhammad Keinanthan W. All participants paid attention very well to each explanation which was proven by their activeness in answering the questions during the quiz session.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

After that, the participants proceeded to the case study session where they were given 3 cases related to the materials before and they should discuss in groups to provide solutions. The case study session was divided into 3 parts: 45 minutes of discussion, 30 minutes of presentation for 5 chosen groups, and 15 minutes to reveal the answers provided by the event\u2019s committees. The participants were also given a Google form to tell us the position and division they wanted to aim for in BNEC next presidency. This also indirectly showed their motivation to achieve the greater goods in their BNEC endeavors. To top off the event, there was a documentation session to capture the participants\u2019 happy faces.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Overall, this year\u2019s BNEC Senior Cadre Forming successfully reached its core purpose. The event not only served as a platform to better prepare all participants to be the successors of BNEC in the next presidency but also to motivate them to break their limits and strive for the best.<\/span><\/p>\n
