Having dinner with family and friends is a must during Christmas. Below are some of the dishes around the globe that are specially made during Christmas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Pan de Jam\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pan de Jam\u00f3n is a traditional Venezuelan sweet and savory bread that is served especially during Christmas. The bread has ham, raisins, and olives as a filling. It is often served as a side dish for <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">hallacas<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> and <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">dulce de lechoza<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. The combination of the filling gives a nice blend of saltiness and a hint of sweetness from the raisins.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Malva Pudding<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Malva pudding is a South African Christmas special dessert. But sometimes, it is also served on special occasions. It has a cake-like texture and consists of apricot jam, white vinegar, eggs, and other ingredients. It is eaten with custard or cream that is drizzled on top of the pudding.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Sopa de Galets<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Spaniards often make Sopa de Galets during Christmas. It is a shell pasta soup that serves as a starter during the Christmas banquet. The broth is made from beef and ham bones. Inside the soup, you can also find a meatball that is made from a mixture of beef and pork.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Pinnekj\u00f8tt<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pinnekj\u00f8tt is a Norwegian dish that on the 24th of December will make the streets of Norway filled with the scent of it. It is a salted or smoked lamb ribbed, that is then cooked slowly until it becomes juicy and tender. Served accompanied with swede, mashed carrot, and lingonberry jam.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Barszcz<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Barszcz or Borscht is a Polish soup made from beets. It is a meat-free dish that is served on Christmas dinner as one of the 12-dish feasts. Mushroom dumplings that are called \u201cuszka\u201d often serve as an accompaniment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Those are some of the foods that are specially served during Christmas.
