For example, a 40-year-old man with no health problems and a healthy body will outdo a 30-year-old man with back problems. Thus making being healthy is something that we all strive for. To reach that goal we would need to make it part of our daily life. We can make small changes that will affect us in the long run, and also build good habits. some of the good habits that you can build include:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><b>DRINK LOTS OF WATER<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The fact is, most people are not hydrated enough. Which is why we need to drink a lot more water. Water does a lot of work for our bodies. It regulates our body temperature, detoxifies our body, boosts skin health, and so much more.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify\" start=\"2\">\n<li><b> TAKE\u00a0 PRODUCTIVE RESTS.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A lot of people associate rest with bad habits like procrastination, unproductivity, or even laziness. What people don&#8217;t realize is, humans are not robots. We cannot work for many hours straight. We will get burned out and become even more unproductive. Sometimes rest is all we needed to make the breakthrough in our problem. When our mind relaxes, it allows us to be more creative, thus helping with problem-solving.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify\" start=\"3\">\n<li><b> MOVE AROUND MORE<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The digitalization of work makes us lazy. Because now, almost everything is done online. This results in people just sitting in a chair in front of the computer all day, causing many\u00a0 problems. Our body simply wasn&#8217;t built to be a sitting duck. We used to move a lot like crazy, now we barely even move a third of what we use. That&#8217;s why we should move a lot more. We can try moving more by having a stand-up desk, walking more, do some home workouts, and so much more.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Actually, there are lots more good habits that you can implement in your life, but don&#8217;t try to force them all at once. Change at your own pace.
