Words or phrases that you use are the resume keywords that reflect your skills and experience as a potential candidate. It can help you pass the automated applicant tracking system (ATS) and then be reviewed by the recruiter.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Sometimes your application might get thrown out if the software does not detect the keywords. How the ATS works is to eliminate resumes that do not have specific keywords. So, putting the best and most effective resume keywords in your resume will show that you fit the position&#8217;s requirements. It typically uses industry-specific words and phrases, and you can use them for your resume.
