Long periods of burnout that aren&#8217;t being treated can lead to heavy depression alongside anxiety.\u00a0 Here are some tips that will help you deal with burnout.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Reach Out to Others<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">When it feels exhausting for you to start anything, try to reach out to anyone around you. It can be your education advisors, family, friends, or instructor, and ask for their support. Seek help and ask for opinions that could help you to gain the strength to start your life again.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Make Change In Your Schedule<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Keeping the same schedule and timeline for a long time can lead to boredom and later change into stress. It\u2019s best for us to change it a little bit and give variations of activities that we can do in a day in order to prevent the occurrence of stress that\u2019s going to build up due to the lack of rest.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Form Self-Compassion Habit<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Remind yourself that you\u2019re doing great and don\u2019t blame it on yourself when things don\u2019t go as planned. It\u2019s okay to take a break from every activity that you do while taking things slowly. Things wouldn\u2019t always be perfect, but there are little things that matter within that imperfection and we need to embrace them.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Remember Small Things That Matters<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Burnout makes us focus on our failure and negative thoughts that we have tended to take control of our brain. Search for the memories that make us happy, even if it\u2019s the smallest one that others might think isn\u2019t valuable. Those small things that matter will help us get out of the depression and lack of confidence that we feel.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Taking a rest from all of the hectic schedule and assignments doesn\u2019t make you less worthy than others. Your physical and mental health is important, so make sure that you don\u2019t overwork yourself and fall into burnout and slump. We hope that the tips above can help you deal with the burnout you\u2019re facing.
