S<\/b>ituation <\/span>: Explain the details and the \u2018scene\u2019 or situation you\u2019re in<\/b><\/p>\n When the interviewer asks you about a specific situation that you\u2019ve experienced before, pay attention to not giving too many unnecessary details that you don\u2019t need to add but give out a clear picture of the situation you\u2019re experiencing.<\/p>\n T<\/b>ask <\/span>: The task you do alongside with the goal and your responsibility<\/b><\/p>\n Telling out the task that you\u2019ve assigned to work with, but don\u2019t get mixed up with the action that you\u2019ve put. Here, you tell the interviewer about what you do or your role in the situation you\u2019ve explained earlier.<\/p>\n A<\/b>ction <\/span>: How you handle it and the steps you took<\/b><\/p>\n Explain to the interviewer about how you took care of the task and conquered it, including the details about whether you do it alone or with a team, alongside the steps that you\u2019ve gone through.<\/p>\n R<\/b>esult <\/span>: Outcomes that you get after all the process you\u2019ve gone through<\/b><\/p>\n This part is the closing statement of your story.
