To make this happen, preparations are also made by holding training commonly known as senior cadre forming.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Senior Cadre Forming is one of the events held by BNEC which aims to prepare all BNEC activists, so they can have the character and ethics of a good administrator, which of course is in line with the values \u200b\u200bheld by BNEC for many years. This year, this event was held online on Saturday, July 31, 2021 until Sunday, August 1, 2021 and used Zoom Meetings as the platform. Senior Cadre Forming involved 3 regions from BNEC namely Kemanggisan, Alam Sutera, and Bekasi which was attended by a total of 54 activists where there are 23 activists from Kemanggisan, 27 activists from Alam Sutera, and 4 activists from Bekasi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In this event, activists were given insight and a deeper understanding of the important aspects needed and used by BNEC to run well. These aspects include Strategic Management, Administration and Operation, Finance and Compliance, Branding, and Regeneration. Other than that, the purpose of this event is also to prepare all candidates to carry out their management by providing insight into the management of BNEC and their role as an administrator.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Through this \u201cSenior Cadre Forming\u201d, it is hoped that it can prepare activists to continue the management of the 29th Presidency of BNEC and also continue the values and improvement \u200b\u200bof BNEC as one of the organizations at BINUS University.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BNEC as an organization every year tries to maintain its performance, one of which is by preparing its successors.
