If you are one of those, we are here to give you tips and trick<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">s<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> to be mentally prepared for working life.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1. Keep Yourself Fit and Healthy<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Being fit and healthy is more\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">than just about physical health, as a good physical health can also support a good mental health.<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">When your body is healthy, it releases endorphins or you can call it \u201chappy hormones\u201d which eventually will make your energy, moods, and emotions boosted. As the adage says, a healthy body leads <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">to<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> a healthy mind.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2. Think Positively<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">It may sound simple, unimportant, or insignificant<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> but this simple act can lead to a really good impact <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0to<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> your mind<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> which will make you do your job or activity calmly and eventually<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">will boost your result.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">3. Don\u2019t Push Yourself Too Hard<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">It is true that you have to set certain goals in your life, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">especially<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> in this term<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">your career. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">However,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> you have to consider many aspects when setting that goal, such as your skills and capability. You have to consider whether that goal is achievable and realistic enough or not. A goal has to be achievable and realistic<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> because the purpose of a goal is to motivate us to pursue it, not stress us out. If we are stressed out when pursuing our goal, the result will not be maximal and in the end<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> we can not enjoy the result.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">4. Treat Yourself a \u201cReward\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cSelf-reward\u201d is very important for everyone<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">because this phase is where your mind and body recess from doing \u201cheavy\u201d work. This activity is also done to ease and recharge your mind and energy. But<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">keep in mind<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0 do not take too much relaxation time<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> because it can make you have to adapt to your work\u2019s situation from the beginning and that surely takes more time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">We have reached the end of this article, so In conclusion, fresh graduates at some point have to prepare to enter working life and in that preparation, many fresh graduates confuse and worry about it. Usually this confusion can affect their mental health.
