In an exciting initiative to strengthen the leadership skills of our members, BNEC recently conducted a follow-up Cadre Forming for its activists. This program, held over two days on July 2425, 2024, via Zoom, was a vital component of BNEC’s ongoing commitment to nurturing future leaders within the organization.

The Cadre Forming program, a cornerstone of BNEC’s Leadership Development initiatives, is designed to equip the New Board of Management with the necessary skills and knowledge for effective leadership. This follow-up session was specifically targeted at activists who had not participated in the initial training, ensuring that all members have the opportunity to develop their leadership potential.

The Follow-up Cadre Forming marks a significant step in BNEC’s ongoing efforts to cultivate a robust and capable leadership team. As these newly trained activists step into their roles, they bring with them a renewed sense of purpose and a deeper understanding of what it means to lead within a vibrant and dynamic organization like BNEC.
