THE 2022 BNEC SENIOR CADRE FORMING

Senior Cadre Forming is an event that is regularly held annually by the BNEC Steering Committees. This event was held with the aim of preparing the Board of Management (BoM) for the next presidency by instilling and enriching their knowledge as managers in the future, namely the Steering Committee, Manager, and Assistant Manager. Not only that, but this event also provides an understanding of various aspects needed to run BNEC in the future, such as strategic management, administration and operation, finance, branding, and regeneration. Thus, the activists are ready to become administrators who run BNEC in the 30th presidency later.

This Senior Cadre was held for two days from July 28, 2022 – July 29, 2022. However, because it was still in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic situation, the event was held virtually using the Zoom Meeting platform. This event was attended by 74 activists from 5 BNEC regions, such as Kemanggisan, Alam Sutera, Bekasi, Senayan, and Bandung, a new region in the BNEC extended family.

It is hoped that through this event, activists can learn a lot and inherit various values, characteristics, and ethics that BNEC has held for years to bring BNEC to be better in the future.
