On the 30th of March 2021, we have successfully carried out a meeting between all BINUS
\ndance clubs\u2019 chairpersons regarding our club\u2019s integration. There are four clubs name in total:
\nBIDC (Senayan), STAMANARA (Kemanggisan, Bekasi, Alam Sutera), Epic Paranoina
\n(Malang), and BNDC (Bandung). Through this integration meeting, we have a goal to make
\nevery dance related clubs of BINUS to become into one big name, so this is a important
\nmeeting for the future of BIDC.<\/p>\n
First, of course we must get to know each other as we will working together as one in the
\nfuture. We start to introduce our name, major, BINUSAN year, and which dance club are we
\nfrom. Then after introducing ourselves, we prepared a brief presentation about our respective
\nclubs consist of about us, vision and mission, organization structure, our activities, and how
\nour club works. After each of us clubs\u2019 chairpersons represent or introduce their respective
\nclub, we start asking questions regarding them to know about them further or if there
\nsomething that we are curious for. The meeting was informal so we just being casual like
\nvideo calling with a group of friends trying to build new networking. Lastly, we reached the
\nend of the meeting, where each of us, chairpersons, must vote for which name club and logo
\nthat we want to be as our new one big name. We conduct the voting through google forms
\nand to make sure everything is fair and square; we straightly show the voting process plus the
\nresult real time. The voting result shows that STAMANARA won the most voting. The
\nreason why most of us vote for STAMANARA as our big new name is because hey already
\nhas a \u201cbrand\u201d and popularly known inside and outside of BINUS, so with that facts in mind,
\nif we are using STAMANARA logo and club name, we will make the name even bigger,
\nhigher, and popular with our clubs\u2019 integration plan.<\/p>\n
The meeting was very fun and casual as we are talking to each other with friendly vibe. We
\nhope for the best that the integration plan will be successful in the process and bring us bright
\nfuture for each of our respective dance club.<\/p>\n
