We would like to appreciate the BIDC 2020 Staff for all of their support, hard work, and
dedication for the past year. After these times of working together, We will need to adjust to the
idea that you are no longer in the next tenure. We have thoroughly enjoyed our association. We
will always remember your kindness, and all those efforts that would never go unnoticed for our
organization’s wellbeing. It has been an honor to get to know such amazing people like all of
you. Although it was brief, we have experienced a great bond together during this online
learning. Your presence has always brightened up the whole atmosphere in our regular training
session. All of you have inspired us to stay passionate. If you put as much effort into embracing
your retirement as you have put into working for this organization, it would be a success!

May this next chapter of life bring you endless time to do the things you are passionate
about. Your retirement is something we all know you have been looking forward to, but we will
miss you very much. So, we are offering you congratulations on your retirement. This is the time
when your hard work and dedication deserve a standing ovation. I know you will make the very
best of your new freedom. Somehow I expect it will have a great deal to do with fly fishing, It's
more than just your hard work we will miss. For one year you have brought a caring, positive
attitude to this office and we will all miss your influence. We are sure you will be busier than
ever. please do all those things you've been dreaming of, and accept our heartiest
congratulations.

Again, congratulations on a well-deserved retirement as the previous committee of
BIDC. We hope you enjoy focusing your efforts on your other special interests. All the best on
your next adventure!
