Creative Public Relation Department
Creative Public Relations Department is responsible for protecting and enhancing the reputation of BIC, using various media to build and maintain a good image for BIC through planned publicity campaigns in PR activities.
The Creative Public Relations Department consists of 2 Divisions, namely the Multimedia Division and Mass Communication Division.
Multimedia Division
Multimedia Division manages the visual design of BIC content, particularly educational or article-based posts. This team is responsible for designing feed content, which is then published according to a predetermined schedule. The material comes from the R&D team, and Multimedia’s role is to visually present topics such as International Business, export-import, and others in a way that is accessible and engaging for the general audience.
Mass Communication Division
Mass Communication Division focuses on creating story content, which includes scripting and developing BIC-related content (such as topics on International Business, export-import, and others) to be published according to a set schedule. This excludes content sourced from R&D, as that material is compiled separately. Additionally, MassCom is responsible for crafting captions that accompany the feed visuals created by the Multimedia team.
