Activist & Officer Leadership Training

In an organisation, it is very important to have all members to work rationally, systematically and properly coordinated in order to achieve the goals needed. To achieve organisational goals, organisations need many differing resources, especially in terms of manpower. It is important for all organisation to have a process of regeneration in every period of the organisational’s existence. The regeneration is done in order to prepare younger members to eventually assume control from the older leadership to lead the organisation for the future. The regeneration of organisational members is also aimed for members in order for them to continue the vision and mission of the organisation into the future periods.

In order to carry out with the regeneration process, ASC is conducting activist and officer leadership training for all members in order to prepare them to eventually carry out organisational activities in the future. Leaders of ASC hope that the next generation of leadership will be able to lead the organisation wisely. The leadership also hopes that future leaders of ASC possesses the values of solidarity, friendship, integrity, and accountability.

On October 28th 2020, the Accounting Student Club has held an activist and officer leadership training for members from Binusian 2023 and 2024. As ASC welcomes their new members, the organisation has done training for the members in order to continue the success of ASC. The training was done from 18:30 to 20:00 via Microsoft Teams. Each leaders explained to the members what are the responsibilities of each positions that they held as a leader, as well as nurturing the members of what is expected in the future. The leaders also explain about the roles of every members in the organisation in every events that is held by ASC. By doing this activity, ASC is sure to have new members to carry out the activities and values of the organisation in order to make ASC a better organisation than today.
