But we will also get an athletic and slim body as a bonus! We don&#8217;t have to do our exercise in the gym and taking many hours to do a full set of it. We can have our exercise anywhere! The time needed to exercise is also short, only 20-30 minutes is needed!<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Next is a\u00a0<em>circuit training<\/em>\u00a0menu<em>\u00a0<\/em>Aikido Binus style! You don&#8217;t even need any tools or equipment to do this exercise!! \ud83d\ude00<\/p>\n<p>We first start by doing warm ups by stretching our muscles from the\u00a0neck to our feet. Just do a normal warm up until our body isn&#8217;t rigid to prevent unwanted injuries. Next do the following with a 30 seconds break on each set.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Jumping Jack<\/em> <em>20x<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Push Up 20x<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Jumping Squat 15x<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Military Push Up 20x<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Left-leg Squat 10x<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Right-leg Squat 10x<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Wide-Push Up 15x<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Squat 20x<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Diamond Push Up 10x<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Sit Up 20x<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Cross Sit Up 10x<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Crunch Sit Up 20x<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Good luck and prepare yourself for a healthier me!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A lot of us feels that we don&#8217;t have enough free time to do exercise.
