By helping me develop my leadership characteristics and talents, I believe that AIESEC will help open the door to a better future.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"M7eMe\">Who is your role model that motivates you and keeps you innovating at AIESEC?<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>My role model is kak Alya, LCVP of FGL AIESEC in BINUS 21.22. She inspires me to step beyond of my comfort zone and take calculated risks.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"M7eMe\">When did you realized that AIESEC truly helped yourself to grow?<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I realized after I took a role as a LCVP of FGL. The LCVP role has taught me a lot of things and always made me want to learn new things. I challenge myself and dare to take different challenges ahead of me. I know that occasionally I will get positive experiences, negative ones, and may meet unexpected experiences. However, I gradually discover how to be responsible for my task and begin making a positive impact.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"M7eMe\">In your opinion, where this leadership experience will take your step further ?<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This will help me improve my communication skills because I\u2019m interacting with different people. I can enhance my time management abilities by learning to balance college and organizational work. I accept the responsibilities or challenges of leadership and discover what it needs to be a leader. This role also helps me in expanding my networking opportunities whereas it supports me in terms of accomplishing my targets and exchanging beneficial insights.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>How you gain your motivation back when things get tough?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>There are few times I feel unmotivated when I have lots of tasks to complete. But I set my mind to always prioritize responsibilities over entertainment. Although I forced myself to finish it, sometimes the ending results did not satisfy me at all. Therefore, I always spare some time, maybe 20 to 45 minutes to do my hobby, open social media, or read some books. I also list down all assignments and tasks for the upcoming week or month and take a look at the level of difficulty and which requires more time.
