We often think, &#8220;I&#8217;m so sick of myself&#8221;, &#8220;Why do I need to live anymore?&#8221;, &#8220;I&#8217;m on a diet, I&#8217;ll only eat once a day&#8221; or &#8220;I can&#8217;t handle anything&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>To be healthier and happier, don&#8217;t depend on others, but depend on yourself. You can start by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drink water min. 8 glasses a day<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a regular sleeping routine<\/li>\n<li>Make and eat a healthy menu<\/li>\n<li>Exercise for at least 30 minutes a day<\/li>\n<li>Listen to good music<\/li>\n<li>Do a hobby you enjoy<\/li>\n<li>Tell yourself positive affirmations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We definitely know those are a little bit hard to do, but remember that to change something, we need to take action and practice consistency.
