Here&#8217;s a few essential AIESEC terms to help develop your AIESEC tongue!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>LC<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>LC stands for Local Committee<\/strong>, which is a branch of AIESEC in various parts of the region. AIESEC in Indonesia has 26 LCs spread across Indonesia!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>EB<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>EB stands for Executive Board<\/strong>, which is an executive committee that jointly oversees the organization&#8217;s activities. In LC level, the Executive Board consists of the LCP (Local Committee President) and LCVPs (Local Committee Vice Presidents).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>MB<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>MB stands for Management Board<\/strong>, which is a managerial-level group responsible of managing each functional under AIESEC departments. MB consists of Team Leaders or Managers, who provide guidance, instruction, direction and leadership to their team member\/staffs for the purpose of achieving a key outcome.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>OC or CC<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Organizing Committee (OC)<\/strong> is a committee unit that has responsibility for the realization of activities or events in AIESEC, e.g. project, webinar, talkshow, etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Conference Committee (CC)<\/strong> is a committee unit that has responsibility to conduct AIESEC&#8217;s conference.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Newie<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Newie is what we call a <strong>new AIESEC member candidate<\/strong> that is recently recruited or currently undergoing probation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Synergize<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">In AIESEC, a discussion to exchange ideas and opinions in doing a job is called to synergize or synergizing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Wave<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">To indicate the discussion at the meeting has been sufficient, we say &#8220;wave&#8221; which means that everything is all clear.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Pop up<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">To pop up is to show that you want to express your opinion and speak up.
