The fact that they turned on their cameras and actually participated with enthusiasm was really the cherry on top as an OC.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Regardless, challenges still exist, and to me, it was probably during the brainstorming process of the program. Proper planning is crucial for the continuity of the program. We had to<\/span><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">create so many detailed things and prepare <\/span><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">a backup plan in case things didn&#8217;t go <\/span><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">as planned.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">In the end, it felt like an achievement to <\/span><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">me when I could make someone feel comfortable in a whole new environment. Lucky me.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Aisha Candra [<span class=\"JsGRdQ\">AIESEC Future Leaders Organizing Committee Member]<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Finding out that people wanted to improve themselves by wanting to become a leader and being able to coach and mentor them is my source of happiness throughout the event. Still, a difficult task being an AIESEC Future Leaders coach is finding the perfect schedule to accommodate all of the participants.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-end para-style-body\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">After being a coach, I was able to manage my members and pay close attention to their growth for three months.
