In AIESEC in BINUS, functionals are essentially the departments that are responsible for managing the organization in various fields.<\/span><\/p>\n

Led by the Local Committee President, there are <\/span>four functionals<\/span> in AIESEC in BINUS, and they are External Relations, Engagement with AIESEC, Talent Management, and Finance, Governance, and Legality.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our Functionals<\/strong><\/p>\n

External Relations (ER)<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The External Relations (ER) functional <\/span>works with external parties<\/span> and are <\/span>in charge of the organization branding<\/span>. <\/span>The ER functional consists of two divisions<\/span>, namely the Strategic Content and Media (SCM) division and the Network Maintenance and Outreach (NMO) division.<\/span><\/p>\n

Engagement with AIESEC (EwA)<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

During the pandemic, the <\/span>Outgoing Global Volunteer (OGV)<\/span> functional has changed its name to EwA, which is short for Engagement with AIESEC<\/span>. EwA facilitates local programs such as AIESEC Future Leaders (AFL), Youth Motion, and Grow to Work. <\/span>The EwA functional has three divisions<\/span>, namely Marketing, Customer Relations, and Quality Customer Experience.<\/span><\/p>\n

Talent Management (TM)<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The Talent Management (TM) functional is the <\/span>human resources in the organization<\/span>. This functional works on the organization of human resources and helps with their development. <\/span>The Talent Management functional consists of two divisions<\/span>, namely Talent Acquisition & Retention and Talent Development & Analytics.<\/span><\/p>\n

Finance, Governance, and Legality (FGL)<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The Finance, Governance, and Legality (FGL) functional is <\/span>in charge of the organization’s finance and legality<\/span>. They are <\/span>responsible for the organization’s financial and legality needs and they have two divisions<\/span>, namely the Accounting division and the Administration & Legal division.<\/span><\/p>\n
